Eli founded Mineral to tell dynamic stories that reflect the human experience behind the brands he works with. His master’s degree in Media and Strategic Communications and studies at the Prague Film School and New York Film Academy connect strategic thinking with cinematic craft. His curiosity and collaborative approach take him wherever the next story leads.
Creative Director
Nick is a London-based writer and director working with Mineral. He brings over a decade of experience creating commercial campaigns and branded content for global organizations. His award-winning narrative work has screened at Oscar- and BAFTA-qualifying festivals.
Executive Producer
An experienced commercial producer, Kyle brings poise, presence, and a steady hand to productions. His work on high-end sets across the country helps keep every shoot moving.
VP of Growth & Strategy
Ethan leads growth and business development, helping organizations turn business goals into stories that connect with the right audiences. His background in strategy, sales, and relationship development brings a people-first approach to building partnerships.
Social Media Manager
Jessica manages Mineral’s social media strategy and platforms, shaping how our stories reach and connect with audiences. With a background in marketing management and a degree from the University of Florida, she brings a thoughtful approach to content planning, messaging, and community engagement. She keeps our channels consistent, active, and aligned with Mineral’s creative voice.
Head of Photography
Raised in Denmark, Anders leads photography at Mineral, helping brands define a visual language that feels distinctive and true to their story. He works on-site to establish visual identities and capture live events, studio sessions, and environmental photography. His naturalistic style and thoughtful compositions bring consistency, character, and a human perspective to every image.
EMEA Production
Ville directs and manages projects across Mineral’s European productions, connecting creative strategy with the practical demands of each shoot. He leads teams on the ground, coordinates production from planning through delivery, and brings technical expertise to decisions about equipment, workflows, and execution. His hands-on approach keeps people aligned and each production focused on the story.
EMEA Videography
Janne leads projects and on-location productions for Mineral’s European team, turning creative ambitions into a clear plan for the shoot. He shapes production strategy, guides crews, and manages the details that bring each film together. Combining technical knowledge with practical problem-solving, he helps teams capture the right material and carry a consistent creative vision through production.
